As a Coach at Studio ME Fitness, you will lead clients through transformative fitness experiences, helping them overcome physical barriers and achieve results they never thought possible. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of empowering clients over 40 to live their best lives; never held back by injury or aging again!

$20 - $30 hourly

• Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
• Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk

• Conducting Initial Fitness and Quarterly Goal Assessments
• Leading group, semi-private, and personal training sessions
• Programming and modifying workouts
• Guiding the Client Journey
• Contributing to the company goals of <3% client churn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

• Certification is not required but expected within 6 months of hire. Will provide on-the-job training
• Transportation to and from the gym
• Schedule flexibility
