Job Title Product Management - Advisor II
TITLE: Product Management - Advisor II
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Develop settlement and billing solutions for financial technology platforms to meet product objectives, client requirements, and goals of the organization. Develop speed-to-market solutions using an understanding of the end-to-end card payment processing system with a focus on settlement, billing and other financial transactions. Manage regular maintenance and support of products. Conduct long-term improvement operations compatible with evolving mission requirements. Design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of the software life cycle. Translate product vision and strategy into clear, achievable, and measurable goals. Create requirements to initiate new products or update existing products that meets business strategy and client needs. Partner with sales, account and relationship management, network compliance, engineering, quality assurance, operations, and implementation teams to develop modernized and streamlined product offerings. Collaborate with technology teams to manage risk and to track schedule, cost, and quality of product features. Analyze transaction data and identify gaps between multiple interfaces in the payments processing ecosystem including payment gateway APIs, internal and external authorization and settlement systems, merchant boarding systems, tokenization systems, fraud prevention systems, and merchant reporting tools.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving experience developing payment product, billing and settlement solutions. Prior experience must include: 5 years of payment experience in the merchant acquiring domain; Using backend processing systems including settlement and billing applications to complete payment card and alternative payment processing; Completing end-to-end software development lifecycles; Requirements definition and traceability; Software development and management; Working within cross-functional teams; Establishing and managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders; Estimating and planning software development, product requirements and business requirements; and Collecting metrics and reporting on delivery of product and business requirements post-release to market.
