Project Manager

• Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite in Waltham, MA)
• 7+ months

Scope:

• Seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in time and task management to support the R&D Integration and Program Management department.
• Work closely with product leads, program managers, department leads, and cross-functional team representatives to orchestrate development and execution of project strategic and operational plans to meet key program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates development and execution of project plans including:
• Responsible for managing, scheduling, and facilitating project meetings
• Manage project/team correspondence and record-keeping such as agenda plans, meeting minutes, project schedules and action/decision logs ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly circulated, and stored
• BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, strongly preferred
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience working with project management platforms such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Planview
