About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time, contract-based Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of key technical projects over a three-month engagement. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring alignment across developers, DBAs, software vendors, and operations teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment among all stakeholders.
• Identify, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
• Proactively manage risks, anticipate potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Prior project management experience in a technical environment preferred.
• Tools: Experience with Jira and MS Project is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address project risks and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
