Connected to hospital - Prior PMHNP experience is required - Outpatient Rural Health Clinic - Four 10-hour days per week - Average 14-17 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day - Lab on site - 30+ exam rooms - 1:16 call; phone call only - Epic EMR Other specialties include: - Cardiology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, Peds, and a robust panel of primary care providers. The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.
