Description To identify target markets of potential students, recruit students, build a diverse pipeline of applicants, and track progress to enrollment at Trinity Valley Community College.
Reports to: Director of Enrollment Services
Job Duties - Make presentations and recruiting visits to prospective students, providing information about TVCC programs, student life, resources, career paths, and transfer options.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours.
- Attend college fairs, visit schools and community organizations, and participate in special events to recruit students.
- Advise students on degree plans, admissions, registration, financial aid, and enrollment requirements.
- Provide ongoing communication and advising support to prospective students through in-person, phone, and digital outreach; track interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of a long-term pipeline of student prospects, including outreach to middle schools and participation in youth activities promoting a college-going culture.
- Establish and maintain community involvement to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Assist in developing recruitment, marketing, and advising materials.
- Maintain records of recruitment activities and student information in CRM or other software, and create reports as needed.
- Update social media content for recruitment purposes.
- Perform other duties and serve on committees as assigned.
- Comply with assigned work schedule, timekeeping policy, and maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate degree

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years' experience required
