Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA embraces a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and social well-being, ensuring every aspect of a patient’s life is considered in their therapeutic journey.

Our integrated care model brings ABA therapy services augmented by complementary therapies, such as speech and language, occupational, and behavioral health services, ensuring a comprehensive, whole-child approach that supports a wide range of needs, from verbal to behavioral and social skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Meet with Director of Talent Acquisition multiple times per week to present qualified BCBA candidates and discuss best recruitment strategy.
• Meet and communicate with COO weekly to present qualified BCBA candidates.
• Fill multiple BCBA positions / openings per month.
• Promoting the company’s mission and vision and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Determine if a candidate would be a good fit by assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match open position/s based on applications, resumes/CVs, and interviews.
• Source high priority clinical and specialized candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, job boards, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Open/post positions in our ATS and other job boards
• Move candidates along the recruitment pipeline, who best fit the position as judged amongst candidates who are otherwise qualified.
• Coordinate the interview process and make hiring recommendations to COO and other hiring managers (depending on state workflow)
• Match candidates with open roles (depending on state/role), create offer letters, extend offers of employment.
• Partner with local colleges/universities, create and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Participate in job/career fairs/hiring events.
• Provide daily/weekly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings.
• Complete special projects as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• BCBA or RBT certification, preferred.
• Demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment.
• ABA recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interviewing skills
• Ability to quickly assess a candidate's skill set, knowledge and cultural fit.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
