What Youll Do:

Customer Assistance: Help customers over the phone, social media, chat, and email with any airline-related inquiries.

Problem Solving: Provide top-notch customer service and solve issues in a fun and engaging way.

Independent Work: Bring your can-do attitude, initiative, and reliability to the table every day!

Who Are We Looking For?

Youre fluent in Italian (essential).
English Language C1

️ You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and love interacting with people.

Youre proactive , reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Youve got basic computer skills (preferably with an ECDL certificate).

Youve had previous experience in customer care.

5.50/hr (1st month of employment - training)

7.48/hr (2nd month onwards)

7.74/hr (7th month onwards)

8.21/hr (after 1 year, performance-based)

Annual Italian language allowance of 600 (paid monthly)

Performance bonus up to 2,000/year!
