Shift 1: CSC Salesforce Admin (Tier 2 & 3) - Shift 1 [Weekends and Holidays, 8am - 5pm EST]

Shift 2: CSC Salesforce Admin (Tier 2 & 3) - Shift 2A [Weekends and Holidays, 4pm - 12am EST]

Shift 3: CSC Salesforce Admin (Tier 2 & 3) - Shift 3A [Weekends and Holidays, 12am - 8am EST]

• KeyResponsibilities:FirstlevelsupportforSalesforce - relatedissues,manageuserprofiles,roles,permissions,andsecuritysettings,MonitorandrespondtoservicedeskticketsrelatedtoSalesforceissues.

• Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
    
  • Strong understanding of advanced flows, sharing models, and security
  • Prior experience with user support in a tiered model
  • Confident communicator
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
