Broadway Forbes exit.   Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Full-Time Day School Cleaner to join our team in Akron, United States. As a vital member of our facilities management staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff. Perform daily cleaning tasks in classrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain proper hygiene standards Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory Follow safety protocols and adhere to school policies Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate manager Assist with setup and cleanup for school events when required Days: Monday through Friday  Time: 7:30am - 3:30pm  Rate of Pay: $14.00hr.  For immediate consideration call or text 216-244-8857 Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in cleaning, preferably in an educational setting Proficiency in operating various cleaning equipment and tools Knowledge of cleaning products, safety protocols, and proper sanitation techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Excellent time management and organizational skills Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional demeanor Flexibility to adjust cleaning schedules as needed Familiarity with school environments (preferred) Must have reliable transportation and ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check  Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
