Androscoggin Bank, a certified B-Corp headquartered in Lewiston, Maine, is hiring a Senior Client Service Representative for our Main Office location. This role is ideal for someone who has previous retail banking experience - perhaps as a Lead Teller or similar - and is looking to make the move to a community bank that values their employees.
As a Senior CSR we will look for you to model professional behavior in both client and team communications, interactions and relationships, and demonstrates high standards for sales and service for both internal and external clients. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding solutions-based service, and creating strong relationships with clients and business partners to enhance referral efforts. The Senior CSR also has primary oversight to operational functions including audit and compliance. You'll routinely perform a wide variety of service tasks including teller functions and opening new accounts/services, along with handling complex transactions professionally and accurately. You'll have opportunities to work with and get to know local small business owners, serving as their banker and keeping their best interests in mind.
This role is a 40 hour, Monday through Friday position and rotating Saturdays at our Lewiston, ME branch.
We are a Fiserv bank using Integrated Teller; experience with those systems is a plus but not required.
