Description:
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance.
Rate: $40 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:Job Role Specific Requirements:
Core responsibilities and duties; highlight day-to-day activities:
1. Provide day-to-day monitoring operational support
2. Support technical projects involving monitoring applications
3. Oversee and coordinate recovery operations in the event of operational failure
4. Identify gaps in monitoring for supported environments
5. Recommend, develop, and maintain accurate documentation for supported environments
6. Support upgrading monitoring systems
7. Participate in on weekly on call rotations.
Experience Requirements:Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications:
1. Experience with administration and configuration of following monitoring applications OpenText Operations Bridge, OpenText UCMDB, OpenText Hyperscale Observability, Microsoft SCOM, WhatsUpGold, SiteScope, or any other enterprise Monitoring systems.
2. Strong background in monitoring Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud environments.
3. Working experience managing enterprise monitoring infrastructure.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
1. Experience with administration and configuration of OpenText Operations Bridge, OpenText UCMDB, and OpenText Hyperscale Observability.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range. W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
