Job Description

We have a client in NJ that is looking for a Sourcing/Production Manager that has experience costing and managing production in Pakistan for home soft goods, apparel or textiles. Ideally this person will have experience with the regions of Faisalabad, Lahore, and/or Karachi. Must be willing and able to travel to the factories. Our client works a hybrid schedule, four days in the office and one work from home. This person will need to be based in NJ, and they will need to have experience working with US retailers.

They will meet with manufacturing factories and vendors within the region to ensure that product meets the agreed upon purchase order requirements, communicate daily with overseas offices to monitor pre-production and production delivery issues; resolve issues as they arise, manage time and action calendar and analyze and resolve issues associated with calendar, request weekly WIP reports from all vendors and review to confirm that vendors meet the required ship dates, update management daily on all outstanding and new production and logistical issues, review pre-production, TOP and or final samples to confirm that they match the previously approved submittals, etc. International Staffing Consultants, Inc.
