Whitney Oaks Care Center in beautiful Carmichael, CA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals.
• Work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education to residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing techniques.
• Document resident progress and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of California.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
