About the Role - Senior Account Planner

Responsibilities :

  • Think independently, and you will innately be curious about what makes humans, human. Particularly what makes U.S. Hispanics tick.
  • Leverage research as a key tool to inform insights
  • Lead exploratory and secondary research to inform and design implementation of primary research Review all production materials on assigned projects, and sign off prior
  • Develop platforms that help set direction for brands and inspire internal teams to develop engagement ideas that hit a nerve, and help clients reach and exceed projected ROI
  • Drive strategic vision and brand experience development with multifunctional and multidisciplinary teams – channel, account, business analytics and research. Monitor and identify consumer trends and business implications

Qualifications - A Bachelor-degreed professional with a degree in, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Sociology, Psychology Anthropology (or related major) professional with knowledge of statistics and a thorough understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and industry data sources (WARC, Mintel, Iconoculture) tools of secondary insight research (Simmons, Nielsen, Yankelovich, ect.) Experienced with Six-plus years in account planning and market research, with at least two years of advertising agency experience Fluent in English & Proficient/Fluent Spanish (both verbal and written) Experienced with US Latin and Hispanic advertising Excellent in communication and writing skills Solid analytical and organizational skills

Location

- Based in Houston, Texas

- Some travel required for client meetings and industry events, as needed
