• Pay: 33 an hour based on experience\n\t
• Schedule – M-F 40 hours per week\n\t
• Location – Raritan, NJ – hybrid role\n

What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Provides a wide range of secretarial and administrative support\n\t
• Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as communication, word processing, scheduling appointments and travel, and so on.\n\t
• Follows up on relevant issues and informs manager of status as well.\n\t
• Duties & Responsibilities: Provides administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, creating presentations, confidential correspondence, ordering office supplies.\n\t
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.\n\t
• Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations. Prepares memorandums.\n\t
• Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.\n\t
• Makes travel arrangement, prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records. Collects and prepares information for management use. Provides required support for managers.\n\t
• Greets vendors and visitors.\n

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

\n\n

\n\t
• High School degree or GED required.\n\t
• 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred\n\t
• Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus\n\t
• Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.\n\t
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.\n
