A portable book of business is required, with a focus on serving clients in software, e-commerce, and/or digital content industries. Experience in negotiating high-stakes technology agreements, particularly in SaaS, cloud computing, and digital distribution. Previous leadership or partnership experience within a law firm is highly desirable. Educational Background: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Certifications: Additional certifications in technology law, data privacy, or intellectual property are advantageous but not required. Ongoing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) focused on technology, software, and digital media transactions is preferred. Skills and Abilities: Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing technology and intellectual property agreements. Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to offer strategic legal advice tailored to the needs of technology-focused businesses. Advanced knowledge of SaaS agreements, cloud computing contracts, e-commerce law, and digital media transactions. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring junior attorneys and leading successful legal teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal and technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and expanding the firm’s technology transactions practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled technology transactions attorney to join a highly regarded law firm and grow their practice in an environment that values innovation, client service, and entrepreneurial growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
