Job Details

• DCH - Travel: MS/Tele Respiratory 7N
• Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
• Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Our Medical Respiratory Unit is a 42-bed unit primarily specializing in the care of acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Nurses have a 1:6 ratio and provide care to predominately respiratory patients requiring treatment for pneumonia, shortness of breath, COPD, or other various lung diseases.
• In addition, this unit will further provide care to a variety of medical patients with GI issues, diabetes, and occasional stroke and surgical patients.
• Patients in this area benefit from daily rounds with the entire interdisciplinary team.
• Additionally, this unit houses an 8-bed respiratory step-down unit with a 1:4 nursing ratio.

Job Requirements

• Associated degree in nursing
• 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.

Schedule Information

• Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36
