Salary:

Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time 3rd and 4th year, Licensed Utah Electrical Apprenticeto join our team. Can you adapt to changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements? TheLicensed Utah Electrical Apprenticemust complete the number of hours required for each year in the program (a minimum of 2,000 hours of on-the-job training for each year of his / her apprenticeship).

Due to our current manpower situation we are looking for 3rd and 4th year electricians only.

Major Duties:

• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to climb ladders several times in a row.
• The ability to work with hands above your head with tools.
• The ability to lift tools and equipment above your head several times.
• The ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• The ability to stretch, bend, stand, climb, and move continuously.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a Can-Do positive attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Be a self-starter and be dependable.
• Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

Major Qualifications:

• Be enrolled in the appropriate apprentice-level school program.
• Have an active Utah State apprentice license.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid Drivers License.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

This full-time Electrical Apprentice position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. As a full-time Electrical Project Manager, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm.
