About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Federal Relations to lead its engagement with Congress, the Administration, and other DC-based stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's federal legislative strategy, driving its government agenda, and managing a team of government relations professionals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in federal government relations, including at least 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity. The Vice President will work closely with the Senior Vice President and the Federal Relations Team to steward the development and execution of the company's federal policy goals and must possess the strategic, creative, and leadership skills necessary to support the crafting and execution of a comprehensive set of policy and advocacy goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Federal Relations position at the company should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a strong background in federal legislative and agency processes.
