Position: Virtual Assistant + Social Media

Type of contract: Independent contractor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, 8 hours shifts US business hours

Salary Range: $1.500 USD monthly

About the Company
Our client provides one on one individualized care for a wide range of injuries, with a focus on sports and orthopedic conditions. Each program consists of a mixture between therapeutic exercises based on the patient's deficits, as well as skilled manual therapy.

About the Role 
We are looking for a VA + Social media who is going to be in charge of direct customer service interaction with patients through different channels, scheduling/rescheduling consultation appointments using the company’s CRM platform. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to emails and phone calls from patients.
• Organize and schedule in-office procedure appointments including canceling and rescheduling appointments as required.
• Updating medical records and charts with appointment information, additional information and interactions with the patient
• Create presentations, post through social media, as assigned
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual assistant or relevant roles.
• HubSpot experience (or transferable CRM skills)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong focus and dedicated to customer/patient experience including patience and kindness when handling all patients, including those more ‘difficult’ interactions with patients.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Excel proficiency for data management.
• Prior work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
