Now hiring VP of Development & Investment in the greater Midlothian, VA area!!!

This opportunity is essentially the "Market Leader" for the region with an industry-leading residential land acquisition and development company. The VP will be responsible for the financial performance and timely execution of projects across the region. Initially this person will have at least 2 direct reports and will lead, grow, and manage a team as the senior investment and development officer.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience directing and managing investment and development teams in the single-family/homebuilding sector.
• An accredited degree in Real Estate, Development, Civil Engineering, or Finance, etc.
• Cumulative experience in acquisitions, underwriting, due-diligence, planning/zoning, permitting, horizontal construction management, delivering LDP's, etc.
• Experience leading and developing teams
• High integrity, professionalism, and a passion for real estate
