Job Description

Currently, we are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER to oversee the daily operations of the company’s Warehouse while implementing efficient processes and practices to optimize inventory management and streamline operations.

SALARY ---> $70,000.00 - $100,000.00

BONUS ---> 10% Bonus

LOCATION ---> Remote “Hybrid” 2x-3x At Warehouse Per Week

HOW WILL YOUR SUCCESS BE MEASURED YOUR FIRST YEAR HERE?

  • Play a crucial role in maintaining Warehouse compliance, efficiency, and best practices

  • Execute strategic and operational objectives established by the CFO

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve cost-saving goals

  • Oversee all operational activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer service

  • Optimize the entire order cycle, from procurement to delivery

  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate terms and ensure seamless operations

  • Monitor stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency

  • Arrange warehouse layout, goods cataloging, route planning, and shipment processing

  • Establish and maintain performance metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards, including ISO requirements

  • Manage the office budget and monitor expenditures

  • Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain high performance levels

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A WAREHOUSE MANAGER LIKE YOU?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field REQUIRED; Advanced Degree (MHA or MBA) PREFERRED
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role with 3-5 years of team supervision PREFERRED

Strong Project Management skills and a track record of successful execution

  • Proficiency in Organizational Effectiveness, Operations Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting

Knowledge of business and financial principles

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
