Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Carlstadt, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm and every other Saturday, 8am to 12:30pm

Salary: $70,000 to 80,000 per year, plus bonus

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the overall planning and execution of warehouse operations objectives with efficiency, compliance and cost effectiveness in mind. Reporting directly to the owners, this position will participate in strategic planning by identifying short and long-term strategies for the Fabrication, Logistics, and Operations teams that comprise the warehousing department.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Leading warehouse operations, delegating tasks, and driving process improvements.
• Developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with a focus on cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, GSFI, HACCP, and company policies.
• Managing budgets, labor goals, scheduling, and operational costs.
• Overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and payroll.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize order fulfillment, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong communication with leadership, sales, and purchasing teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, team-focused attitude
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management
• Solid understanding of warehouse logistics, and production fulfillment
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team efficiently and effectively
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to express well-reasoned, independent thoughts
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, and half a day on Saturdays
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
