Responsibilities:
● Conduct regular (weekly) site inspections of partnership and satellite warehouses.
● Monitor operational metrics and report on warehouse performance, risks, and improvement actions.
● Provide WMS system training, SOP orientation, and operational guidance to partner warehouse teams.
● Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable safety and logistics regulations.
● Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system functionality and warehouse process efficiency.
● Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate major concerns to regional leadership.
● Handle partner onboarding, rate setup, and contractual compliance.
● Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
● Support customer service escalation, complaint resolution, and performance recovery visits.
