We are seeking Account Executive to join our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. This fully remote position offers a base salary ranging from $94,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

As a Account Executive, you will work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing them with tailored solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in account management and sales within a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values.
  • Team Player: Organized, resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact to address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Track client interactions and performance metrics to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Account Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with senior account executives to support sales strategies, client presentations, and proposal development.
  • Training and Development: Participate in our structured training program to learn about our products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years
  • No prior experience required; we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay -range for this position is $94,000 - $165,000
