Front End Web Developer

Position: Full time

Location: Diamond Bar CA, in office only.

POSITION FOCUS

The Front End Web Developer will assist in building and maintaining modern, user-friendly web applications while gaining experience with best practices and advanced front-end technologies.

Reporting to the Sr. Front-End Web Engineer, this Front End Web Developer role is ideal for someone who is passionate about web development, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a high-impact digital environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Develop, test, and maintain front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-performance and responsive applications.
3. Follow coding standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and front-end best practices.
4. Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve skills and knowledge.
5. Support the implementation of UI/UX improvements based on feedback and usability testing.
6. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices

1. Reports to Sr. Front End Web Developer.
2. Interfaces with all levels of staff.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept feedback constructively.
• Passionate learner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
• Exposure to CMS platforms such as Drupal or Wordpress.
• 1 -3 years Web Design Experience
