**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Production Operator who will be trained across all operating departments within the first 6 months. The role involves operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and machines dedicated to the finishing work of specialty steel. This position requires the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and the flexibility to work across three sites.

**Job Type**
This is a permanent, long term position. Starting pay: $20+/hr with opportunity for growth and full benefits!!!
**Work Environment**
The role is based in a finishing shop dedicated to high-value specialty metals used in Aerospace and Defense. The environment demands a high level of attention to detail, stringent safety practices, and a focus on continuous improvement.
