Job Details Key Responsibilities
- Create visually captivating, user-oriented designs that resonate with our brand ethos and functional aspirations.
- Establish and maintain cohesive design system scalable across platforms
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn design visions into tangible products.
- Cultivate a culture of design thinking, ensuring user needs and experiences are at the forefront of product development.
- Define and monitor key design metrics to evaluate design effectiveness and impact.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and challenges, and translate insights into strategic design initiatives.
- Ensure timely and scope-aligned delivery of all design projects, meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in digital and graphic design.
- Compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in user-focused digital and graphic design for consumer-facing and B2B platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other motion/graphic design software.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling design systems for complex platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous goals and deliverables.
- Expertise in graphic design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Solid grasp of user-centric design principles, research methods, and data-driven evaluations.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey design concepts to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative approach with a readiness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
