What you'll do...
The Manager of Pricing Business Analytics provides direct support to members of the Pharmacy Pricing Team and broader Pharmacy Merchandising Team, assisting with data analysis, trend analysis, general reporting, financial management and daily monitoring of business trends and performance. This position plays an important role monitoring real-time business performance, interpreting data to generate insights and helping to develop action plans to address key issues or to take advantage of incremental opportunities.
About the team:
The Health & Wellness Pharmacy Merchandising team is a group of diverse individuals that are responsible for overseeing the purchasing, sourcing and pricing of medications, developing and implementing pharmacy growth strategies, managing inventory, and optimizing supply logistics. The Manager of Pricing Business Analytics will reside with the Pharmacy Merchandising Pricing team that primarily focuses on developing pricing strategies and the pricing of medication that provides value for patients and drives financial benefit for the Walmart Health & Wellness business.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to the pharmacy business to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
Extract and organize large and complex datasets from various sources; and perform analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends
Translate insights to actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives; and communicate findings in a clear, unambiguous manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Design business intelligence, analytics tools and reports to track business performance across pricing and broader pharmacy organization.
Review and execute price changes across pharmaceutical product line in accordance with defined business rules.
Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and systems by leveraging technology and innovative methodologies.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics or Engineering; Advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience performing pricing analytics and model development to enable decision making that drives revenue and profit.
2+ years of experience building insightful dashboard and reports (Tableau; Power BI; Looker)
Experience with data extraction and analysis tools (SQL; GCP; Excel; Python; R Studio) and ability to derive insights from raw data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to stakeholders.
A strategic mindset with a strong problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
