We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in Stratford, Connecticut. Working in the Accounting Software Systems sector, you will be playing an integral role in the admissions department, handling customer service tasks, and managing office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to and managing inbound phone calls

• Performing clerical duties with efficiency and accuracy

• Utilizing computer programs and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks

• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times

• Managing switchboard and handling 1 - 10 lines as needed

• Performing data entry tasks with precision

• Maintaining a tech-savvy approach to all tasks

• Applying basic office skills to a variety of tasks.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Proven ability in using computer programs and Microsoft Office Suites effectively
• Demonstrated experience in answering and managing inbound calls
• Capability to perform clerical duties efficiently
• Must possess basic office skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with switchboard operation, managing 1-10 lines
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail
• No use of the phrase "please note" in the communication process.
