Rapid Solution Prototyping Specialist – Transportation & Logistics

Role Description:
We are looking for 4-6 mid-career professionals who are solution-oriented self-starters with a strong bias toward rapid, iterative solution development.
In this contract (1099) role, you will support a program with our client firm’s major transportation and logistics client in the U.S. The position involves working on rapid solution prototyping projects, engaging directly with the client in 1-2 week development cycles that move ideas from concept to early prototype. Selected professionals will work within small consulting teams (3-5 people) that include consultants from our client firm, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic approach to designing solutions.
The work will require a hybrid setup, with on-site engagements approximately every other week. You will facilitate workshops, collaborate with client stakeholders, and continuously iterate on designs based on key insights provided by the client while taking full ownership of the design and implementation process.
