Lula, a venture-backed property maintenance technology company, is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other design deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
• Develop responsive web & native app designs that are user-friendly and visually engaging.
• Ensure designs follow mobile design guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with the development team to implement designs and provide guidance during the development process.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Contribute to our design system, best practices, and guidelines to evolve the team's design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web apps.
• 2+ years designing products that simplify complex user workflows into simple intuitive product experiences.
• High degree of ownership, with ability to take on large design projects with minimal day-to-day guidance.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to use language to help shape user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively present designs to external customers and internal stakeholders of all levels.
• Mastery of Figma for design and prototyping.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a startup environment, designing 0-to-1 products.
• Experience with graphic design tools, enabling the creation of visually compelling graphics and illustrations to enhance user interfaces.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
