Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and manage the digital marketing strategy for our U.S. and Canada locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing social media, CRM, website management, e-commerce, delivery partnerships, and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven leader with a proven track record in managing digital initiatives and teams, particularly in the food and beverage industry. You'll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and enhancing guest engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with brand KPIs, drives guest engagement, and contributes to revenue growth.
Create and implement crisis management protocols for digital platforms to safeguard the brand's reputation.
Spearhead the launch of new digital initiatives, including platforms for data analytics and content management systems.
Lead the creative and performance strategies for digital campaigns across both brand-wide and local restaurant marketing efforts.
CRM & Guest Engagement:

Oversee the development and implementation of CRM strategies that enhance guest retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Work closely with the guest service team to ensure guest feedback is integrated into digital strategies and CRM tools are optimized for maximum impact.
Paid Media Management:

Manage external agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
Handle day-to-day paid media operations, including creative briefs, copywriting, and media uploads to various platforms.
Website Management:

Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with digital creative agencies to update the website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Performance Optimization:

Oversee social media content creation and community management, setting growth goals and leading performance campaigns.
Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting procedures to measure the success of digital campaigns, using data insights to optimize and ensure maximum ROI.
Partner with the Marketing & Communications team to drive third-party delivery campaigns and boost digital sales growth.
Team Management & Development:

Promote a data-driven culture within the team and agencies, emphasizing the role of analytics in decision-making.
Mentor and lead the social media associate, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
10-12 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
Expertise in CRM tools, social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, content management systems, and analytics tools. E-commerce experience is a plus.
Proven experience managing third-party delivery/partner channels.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
