**This role requires the employee to work onsite at either Branchburg, NJ or Norcross, GA location. Candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance to one of these locations. **

As a Sebia System AWS and Cloud Administrator you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's cloud infrastructure (AWS) and endpoint management system (Intune). This role requires a blend of cloud computing and endpoint management expertise to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations. MS PowerApps experience desired.

• Ensures cybersecurity procedures are strictly followed and improved.
• Responsible for AWS environment. EC2, S3, RDS, VPC.
• Administration O365.
• Works on IaaS, PaaS and virtual environments.
• Ensures system security, patches updates, are successfully implemented
• Continues to support users on business applications, ticketing system.
• Individual most demonstrate initiative and independence to perform the job.
• Communication skills, Emotional Intelligence
• Scripting knowledge. PowerShell, AWS CLI.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of enterprise applications such as Azure Entra, Active Directory, Cloud and vCenter.
• Administration of Amazon AWS infrastructure.
• Answers tickets on Jira Service for general support, adds technical documentation on Confluence.
• Support users (local and remote) on all hardware (desktop, printers, tablets, smartphone, desk phone) and software on computer systems.
• Supports Exchange, Defender, Teams, SharePoint.
• Can troubleshoot business critical IT tasks: DNS, DHCP
• Support Terrafrom, Ansible other infrastructure as a code. (IaaC).
• Provide simple network administration ensuring security of data and network access.
• Document procedures, policies, troubleshooting and best practices in Confluence.
• Handle incident recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, vendors and subject matter experts.
• Support of video conference equipment.
• Database support: MySQL, PostgreSQL
