Our client, a leader in the plumbing industry, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Technical Communications Department supporting the Kitchen & Bath team. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, excellent technical writing abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Kohler, WI (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate publication requirements with Engineering, Marketing, and Technical Publications.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of technical content for plumbing products.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and manage documentation production schedules.
• Evaluate project scope and negotiate timelines with product teams.
• Maintain project data and recommend content standards for product support documentation.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Technical Communications, or a related field.
• At least four years of technical writing experience.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects and adapting to changing priorities.
