Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Hiawatha, KS , in a 100% outpatient clinic . This position is open to both new graduates and experienced professionals . Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Care : Assess, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
• Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Program Development : Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs to enhance patient outcomes and meet community needs.
• Collaboration : Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Staff Education : Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff to promote continuous learning and best practices.
• Operational Support : Assist with the daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master’s (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure : Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Kansas.
• Skills : Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience : New graduates are encouraged to apply! Experience in home health or outpatient therapy is beneficial but not required.
